Antomius Wise is a dedicated humanitarian, Founder and Board Chair of Wise Protective Services and More, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization committed to making a positive impact in the community. He has a rich background in federal law enforcement as a current special agent with the Secret Service and is recognized as one of the top 20 empowerment coaches globally, leveraging his experience to inspire and empower others to step on good to become great.
After a successful career as a professional athlete in the NFL, Antomius founded Wise Protective Services LLC, an asset protection company. He earned his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Public Administration, with a focus on non-profit organizations. This educational background has equipped him with the tools necessary to lead his non-profit effectively.
In 2016, Antomius began his journey as a Life Strategist, volunteering his time and expertise to raise funds for Wise Protective Services and More, Inc. (WPSM). During the COVID pandemic, he launched a program called Life Strategies 2.0, that gave America a beacon of hope in the 4-pillars of life: Taxes, Relationships, Emotions and Health, further expanding his mission to bring value to society. Antomius is also the visionary behind the financial literacy program, Wise Tax Strategies, which helps high earners that have a servant’s heart, understand how to get rewarded with tax breaks for bringing value to society and creating economic growth. As the founder, his leadership and vision are clearly demonstrated through his extensive networking and engagement efforts, which have played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the programs for the organization.
As a committed humanitarian, special agent, life strategist, husband, and father of two, Antomius focuses on creating economic growth and enhancing community well-being in his free time. He assists individuals with solution-based strategies for financial management, relationships, emotional health, and overall wellness. Akilah Wise is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in accounting at a major aerospace company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University, which complements her strong background in financial management and makes her a vital asset to the board. Akilah’s analytical skills enable her to navigate financial landscapes while ensuring fiscal responsibility, contributing significantly to the organization’s overall success and sustainability.
As Vice Chairperson, Akilah focuses on developing partnerships with organizations to enhance donor support and strengthen community relations. Her collaborative approach has resulted in increased funding and resources, allowing the organization to expand its impact. In her role, she works closely with the Board Chair to ensure that the board’s vision is effectively communicated and executed throughout the organization.
With expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, Akilah provides valuable insights that guide the board’s decisions. She is also passionate about community engagement and actively participates in local initiatives, fostering connections that enhance the organization’s presence. As President, she leads the board in setting strategic objectives and overseeing the implementation of programs that align with the organization’s mission.
In addition to her finance expertise, Akilah has established her own interior decorating brand, “The House of Wise.” This venture not only showcases her creativity and design skills but also serves as a platform for community outreach. Through this brand, she organizes workshops and events that empower local residents with skills in home styling and design, contributing to community revitalization efforts.
With her extensive experience and commitment to partnership development, Akilah Wise is poised to lead the board in achieving its strategic goals and making meaningful contributions to the community. Kimberly is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in magazine editorial, marketing, design, and production, previously serving as the Lifestyle Editor, Content Creator, and Production Manager for Northjersey.com and the USA Today Network. She holds a Business degree from Berkeley College and possesses strong skills in communications and media.
In her capacity as the VP of Communications, Kimberly leads the Communications Committee, which focuses on brand management, content creation, internal communications, and campaign management. This committee plays a key role in external sales and outreach, promotional activities, lead generation, and raising awareness among target audiences. She actively manages relationships with clients, donors, and volunteers to enhance the organization's engagement and support.
As a Strategic Assistant supporting Antomius and WPSM, Kimberly aids clients in launching and expanding their businesses. Additionally, she assists high-earners in establishing and maintaining their lifestyles, helping them save thousands in taxes each year through WPSM’s Life Strategies 2.0 program.
Outside of her professional commitments, Kimberly freelances as a lifestyle writer and is an LTK/Amazon influencer. Her passion for fitness plays a significant role in her life, as she enjoys inspiring others to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Kimberly resides in Bergen County, NJ.
Elizabeth serves as the Secretary for the nonprofit organization, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong commitment to assisting clients. Her broad background in mentoring individuals has empowered many to realize their full potential. Additionally, Elizabeth possesses extensive knowledge gained from her work with domestic violence charities in her community, making her an invaluable asset to the organization.
In her role as Secretary, Elizabeth excels in fostering positive relationships and communication within the organization. Her strengths lie in understanding how to bring out the highest potential in people, mentorship, and teaching individuals the "spices of life" through positive thinking and maintaining a positive attitude. Behind her accomplishments is a strong-minded woman who has faced significant adversity in her life, yet continues to thrive and lead a healthy, productive lifestyle while helping others do the same.
Beyond her professional commitment, Elizabeth is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother of six, reflecting her deep dedication to family and community. Her passion for uplifting others and her organizational skills make her an essential member of the nonprofit's leadership team.
Creshika is a highly accomplished professional based in the Atlanta area, bringing over 15 years of extensive accounting and audit experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, providing her with a strong foundation in financial management. Creshika leverages her expertise to help businesses enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Currently, she serves as the operations manager for a small business while also being the owner and CEO of Premier Fleet Management LLC, a full-service brokerage and trucking company.
In addition to her business endeavors, Creshika is the founder of Enduring Faith Initiatives Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and educating individuals to overcome adversity and become productive members of society. Her commitment to community service is further exemplified by her membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
At Wise Protective Services and More, Inc. (WPSM), Creshika plays a vital role as the chair of the finance committee, where she provides critical financial oversight through meticulous budget planning and reporting. Her accounting expertise is instrumental in ensuring the organization's financial health and accountability.
Creshika is not only a successful businesswoman but also a devoted wife and mother. In her free time, she cherishes quality moments spent with family and friends, reflecting her belief in the importance of personal connections and community engagement.

Theartis is a dedicated community outreach professional who is passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community and helping it flourish. His experiences growing up as a military brat, attending more than 32 different schools from elementary to high school, have shaped him into a creative individual who embraces change, adapts to adversity, and makes a positive impact on everyone he encounters.
He graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communications and later earned a graduate degree in Public Administration. Currently, Theartis works for a Fortune 500 company, where he utilizes his skills to further his commitment to community engagement.
In his professional role, Theartis oversees the Program Committee, which evaluates existing programs and manages program expansion and development. His dedication and leadership in this area contribute significantly to the effectiveness and reach of the organization's initiatives. Theartis resides in the Atlanta area, where he continues to advocate for positive change and inclusivity.
Wilbur is a dedicated board member and a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran who enlisted at the early age of 18. His training commenced at Parris Island, SC, where he underwent intense physical and mental preparation. His service took him around the globe, including assignments in Okinawa, Japan, and he was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Sergeant while stationed in Quantico, VA. Wilbur believes in loyalty and the importance of providing training and skills that align with an individual’s mission and goals.
In addition to his military service, Wilbur spent years working for the United States Post Office and possesses an extensive background in security. His expertise is invaluable at Wise Protective Services and More, Inc., where he leads the Domestic Violence Security Committee, ensuring the safety and well-being of those affected by domestic violence.
As a husband, father, and grandfather, Wilbur cherishes his family and has a deep love for nature, landscaping, fishing, and outdoor activities. His passion for the outdoors reflects his commitment to nurturing and protecting his community, making him an essential member of the board.
Orlando Xavier Hixon, affectionately known as Xavier, is a distinguished leader with more than a decade of executive experience that spans multiple industries including business and nonprofit/foundation development, education, financial management, media production, non-profit management, and community action. Currently, Xavier serves as the board director and Vice President of Operations for the late Godfather of Soul, James Brown, Family Foundation,
Hixon is also working with A-list celebrities to develop performance arts institutes in Greater Campinas, San Paulo, Brazil; and develop their nonprofit organizations and foundations. Additionally, overseeing high-profile projects, in Canada and the USA, in sports relations with several professional sports leagues.
Xavier holds a BS in Computer Science, Business Management from Southern University – Baton Rouge, LA, MPA – Public Management, an MBA – Business Management, CNP – certifications in non-profit management and leadership from the University of the District of Columbia where he was a scholar and Washington Regional Metropolitan Council of Government (COG) Fellow. He is a proud life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Class of XXIX Leadership Prince George's. He is also the Vice President of the Miss District of Columbia Scholarship Organization, a preliminary to the Miss America Organization.
As WPSM expands rapidly in the DMV region, he serves as a nonprofit consultant for the Wise family.
He resides in the greater Washington, DC area, Fort Washington, Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Dr. Duane Taylor is recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Operations Management. He writes grants and proposals for the benefit of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers. Seasoned healthcare executive with 20+ years of experience in managed care, health system administration, and management consulting, leading organizations focused on practice transformation, change management and developing growth strategies with associated execution plans, new business models, innovation capabilities, and business development.
Dr. Taylor has deep functional experience in the areas of Strategy, Operations, Planning, Finance (M&A), Business Development, Law, and Information Technology. Broad industry experience in both Fortune 100 and emerging organizations including Healthcare, Health Systems, Government, Technology Retail, Consumer Products, and Services.
He is an accomplished business leader who bridges the domains of strategy, operations, project management, and finance to drive profitability and market share for domestic and global ventures in health care.
As WPSM expands rapidly in the DMV region, he serves as a nonprofit consultant for the Wise family.
Dr. Taylor has been happily married for 27 years and has three children, and four beautiful grand children.
A Community Relations practitioner, trainer, expect grants developer and Executive and Life Coach with more than 20 years of experience in community engagement in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Wilcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Trinity College in Communications and Human Relations, a Master of Arts from Hood College in Human Sciences and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Georgetown University. Ms. Wilcher launched her career in Executive and Life Coaching in 2005. Since the start of her coaching practice, she has successfully coached top government executives, business owners, children and young adults. She is active in several civic and community organizations and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society and the International Coach Federation.
Sylvia Ramirez Benatti, Nonprofit Standards of Excellence Professional, brings more than twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector as a trainer/consultant and university professor in nonprofit management. She is the producer and host of the Nonprofit Edge, a weekly interview show on the University’s cable station. She co-developed and successfully delivered the Mentoring Partnership Model for the ASTD DC Metro Chapter.
Sylva co-presented “Sustaining Engagement &Succession Planning through Intergenerational Conversations” at ASTD ICE 2009. As the Director of Training for the Support Center of Washington, DC she planned, scheduled, published, and managed a full-time public training program with an average of 60 workshops per quarter. She holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership in Nonprofits from Nova Southeastern University, and a master’s degree in Training & Professional Development from Mount Vernon College, an affiliate school of George Washington University.
Leslie is a National Census Partnership Executive, Radio Celebrity, Radio One, and Multimedia professional with solid experience, innovative ideas, and developed skills in various media formats. Proficient in the production of digital audio, video, and eLearning, products. Provides subject matter direction. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills and seeks to contribute to a high-performance team of professionals committed to producing high-quality products.
Makini Nyanteh joined AIR in February 2017 as vice president of Communications & Public Affairs. In this role, she is accountable for the design and implementation of a communications strategy that elevates AIR’s reputation, research, and capabilities. She is the chief architect of the AIR brand and content strategy. She leads the team driving public affairs, digital media, federal outreach, internal communications, and marketing.
Nyanteh is a seasoned corporate communications professional with deep expertise in strategic communications, issues management, media relations, and employee and leadership communications. She has more than 25 years of professional communications leadership experience in the public and private sectors and worked for internationally prominent brands. Nyanteh has proven versatility across the communications spectrum and in a range of industries including utilities, retail, consumer goods, packaging, financial services, and the Federal Government.
She enjoys adjunct teaching at the collegiate level and is a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, Montgomery County chapter. She was the past president of the International Association of Business Communicators, Washington Metro Chapter.
Rhea Marie Gaco-Casocot is a dedicated professional with 16 years of collective experience and a background in corporate services, education, and client support. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines, Cebu, and a TEFL certification. Rhea embraces opportunities to learn and grow, whether in teaching, managing processes, or supporting clients, and is committed to making meaningful contributions through her work.
In her position as Administrative Assistant, Rhea plays a key role in enhancing productivity and maintaining a positive work environment. Her ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and strong attention to detail makes her a valuable member of our WPSM team.
