Antomius was a professional athlete in the NFL, obtained an MBA, started an asset protection business that his family operates, and founded WPSM, a 501(c)(3) which supports multiple causes in the communities they serve. He has Federal Law Enforcement experience and through his entities, Wise Tax Strategies and Life Strategies 2.0, he assists many clients in obtaining their ultimate goals. His biggest reward in life is bringing value to society and creating economic growth.
He assists with raising funds and ensuring financial stability for the organization by leading the Fundraising Committee.
Antomius is a Life Strategist, dedicated husband, and father of two. During his free time, he enjoys studying our western civilization and the money system as well as assisting others with strategies that are solution-based for taxes, relationships, emotions, and health.

Akilah holds a bachelor's degree in business management. She spent over 10 years working with Airbus, a leader in the aerospace industry, as an Account Executive in Finance. Akilah is also a life coach and mentor for young girls and women. She is committed to encouraging and educating her community about nutrition, fitness, and mental self-care.
With a touch of style, grace, and exuberance, Akilah has the charisma to bring out the best in any environment. She takes great pride in having an exquisite home for her family. To display this Akilah created an interior design program, “TheHouseofWise”. The program has gained support from sponsors and donors that want to assist domestic violence survivors with creating an inspiring space. This will have a positive impact on their lives as they transition to independence. With an eye for quality and beauty, she remains committed to developing valued relationships and helping survivors reach their most fulfilling version of themselves.
As Executive Director, Akilah assists with developing policies, recruiting board members, and leading board evaluations by leading the Nomination Committee.
Akilah is the proud wife of Antomius Wise. She takes pride in being the glue that keeps her family together with love, support, and an open mind.
Kimberly is a former Lifestyle Editor, Content Creator, and Production Manager for Northjersey.com and the USA Today Network. She has over 25 years of experience in magazine editorial, marketing, design, and production. She holds a Business degree from Berkeley College and is highly skilled in communications and media.
Along with supporting Antomius and WPSM as a Strategic Assistant, Kimberly helps clients start and grow their businesses. She also helps high-earners set up and maintain their lifestyles while saving thousands in taxes every year under WPSM’s Life Strategies 2.0 program.
In her role as VP of Communications, she oversees the Communications Committee. This committee handles external sales and outreach, promotion, lead generation, and building awareness among target audiences. Kimberly manages our relationships with donors, associations, investors, and volunteers.
In her spare time, she freelances as a lifestyle writer and is an LTK/Amazon influencer. Her love of working out is a big part of her life, and she enjoys motivating others to lead healthy, happy lives. She resides in Bergen County, NJ.
With over 20 years of customer service experience and assisting clients, Elizabeth has a broad background in mentoring individuals to realize their full potential. In addition, she has a wealth of knowledge from assisting domestic violence charities in her community.
Her strengths include understanding how to bring out the highest potential in people, mentorship, and teaching individuals the spices of life through positive thinking and having a positive attitude. Beneath the surface of her accomplishments is a strong-minded woman who has faced a great deal of adversity in her life and has continued to thrive and live a healthy and productive lifestyle while helping others do the same.
Elizabeth is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother of six.
Creshika is a well-versed professional based in the Atlanta area. With over 15 years of accounting and audit experience, she uses her strong business knowledge to help other businesses become more profitable. She is currently an operations manager for a small business and the owner/CEO of Premier Fleet Management LLC (a full-service brokerage/trucking company).
Most recently she started her non-profit Enduring Faith Initiatives Inc. where she empowers and educates individuals to overcome adversity to become productive members of society. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
At WPSM, she oversees the finance committee which provides financial oversight through budget planning and reporting.
Creshika is a successful businesswoman, wife, and mother. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Theartis was an All-State hurdler in high school. While growing up as a military brat, he attended more than 32 different schools from elementary to high school. As a result, he became a creative individual who was able to embrace change, adapt to adversity, and quickly make a positive impact on everyone he encountered. He graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Communications and then earned a graduate degree in Public Administration. Currently, he works for a Fortune 500 company.
Theartis oversees the Program Committee which evaluates existing programs and oversees program expansion and development.
It is Theartis’ passion to support the LGTBQIA2S+ community and to help it flourish. He lives in the Atlanta area.
Wilbur is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran who enlisted at the early age of 18. His training began at Parris Island, SC for basic training which included intense physical and mental training. Assignments took him across the globe, including Okawa, Japan. While in Quantico, VA he was promoted meritoriously to the rank of Sergeant. He believes in loyalty and providing the appropriate training and skills that are aligned with a person’s mission and goals. Wilbur also spent years working for the United States Post Office and has an extensive background in security, which is put to great use at WPSM as he heads up the Domestic Violence Security Committee.
He is a husband, father, and grandfather who has a love for nature, landscaping, fishing, and anything to do with the outdoors.
Orlando Xavier Hixon, affectionately known as Xavier, is a distinguished leader with more than a decade of executive experience that spans multiple industries including business and nonprofit/foundation development, education, financial management, media production, non-profit management, and community action. Currently, Xavier serves as the board director and Vice President of Operations for the late Godfather of Soul, James Brown, Family Foundation,
Hixon is also working with A-list celebrities to develop performance arts institutes in Greater Campinas, San Paulo, Brazil; and develop their nonprofit organizations and foundations. Additionally, overseeing high-profile projects, in Canada and the USA, in sports relations with several professional sports leagues.
Xavier holds a BS in Computer Science, Business Management from Southern University – Baton Rouge, LA, MPA – Public Management, an MBA – Business Management, CNP – certifications in non-profit management and leadership from the University of the District of Columbia where he was a scholar and Washington Regional Metropolitan Council of Government (COG) Fellow. He is a proud life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Class of XXIX Leadership Prince George's. He is also the Vice President of the Miss District of Columbia Scholarship Organization, a preliminary to the Miss America Organization.
As WPSM expands rapidly in the DMV region, he serves as a nonprofit consultant for the Wise family.
He resides in the greater Washington, DC area, Fort Washington, Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Dr. Duane Taylor is recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Operations Management. He writes grants and proposals for the benefit of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers. Seasoned healthcare executive with 20+ years of experience in managed care, health system administration, and management consulting, leading organizations focused on practice transformation, change management and developing growth strategies with associated execution plans, new business models, innovation capabilities, and business development.
Dr. Taylor has deep functional experience in the areas of Strategy, Operations, Planning, Finance (M&A), Business Development, Law, and Information Technology. Broad industry experience in both Fortune 100 and emerging organizations including Healthcare, Health Systems, Government, Technology Retail, Consumer Products, and Services.
He is an accomplished business leader who bridges the domains of strategy, operations, project management, and finance to drive profitability and market share for domestic and global ventures in health care. As WPSM expands rapidly in the DMV region, he serves as a nonprofit consultant for the Wise family.
Dr. Taylor has been happily married for 27 years and has three children, and four beautiful grand children.
A Community Relations practitioner, trainer, expect grants developer and Executive and Life Coach with more than 20 years of experience in community engagement in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Wilcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Trinity College in Communications and Human Relations, a Master of Arts from Hood College in Human Sciences and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Georgetown University. Ms. Wilcher launched her career in Executive and Life Coaching in 2005. Since the start of her coaching practice, she has successfully coached top government executives, business owners, children and young adults. She is active in several civic and community organizations and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society and the International Coach Federation.
Sylvia Ramirez Benatti, Nonprofit Standards of Excellence Professional, brings more than twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector as a trainer/consultant and university professor in nonprofit management. She is the producer and host of the Nonprofit Edge, a weekly interview show on the University’s cable station. She co-developed and successfully delivered the Mentoring Partnership Model for the ASTD DC Metro Chapter.
Sylva co-presented “Sustaining Engagement &Succession Planning through Intergenerational Conversations” at ASTD ICE 2009. As the Director of Training for the Support Center of Washington, DC she planned, scheduled, published, and managed a full-time public training program with an average of 60 workshops per quarter. She holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership in Nonprofits from Nova Southeastern University, and a master’s degree in Training & Professional Development from Mount Vernon College, an affiliate school of George Washington University.
Leslie is a National Census Partnership Executive, Radio Celebrity, Radio One, and Multimedia professional with solid experience, innovative ideas, and developed skills in various media formats. Proficient in the production of digital audio, video, and eLearning, products. Provides subject matter direction. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills and seeks to contribute to a high-performance team of professionals committed to producing high-quality products.
Makini Nyanteh joined AIR in February 2017 as vice president of Communications & Public Affairs. In this role, she is accountable for the design and implementation of a communications strategy that elevates AIR’s reputation, research, and capabilities. She is the chief architect of the AIR brand and content strategy. She leads the team driving public affairs, digital media, federal outreach, internal communications, and marketing.
Nyanteh is a seasoned corporate communications professional with deep expertise in strategic communications, issues management, media relations, and employee and leadership communications. She has more than 25 years of professional communications leadership experience in the public and private sectors and worked for internationally prominent brands. Nyanteh has proven versatility across the communications spectrum and in a range of industries including utilities, retail, consumer goods, packaging, financial services, and the Federal Government.
She enjoys adjunct teaching at the collegiate level and is a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, Montgomery County chapter. She was the past president of the International Association of Business Communicators, Washington Metro Chapter.
