Something Bigger Is Returning to the Field in 2026: The WPSM Youth Football Camp

WPSM has remained committed to serving Loudoun County families through emergency assistance, youth programs, community outreach, and partnerships with local organizations that help build stronger bridges, healthier communities, and greater opportunities for young people both on and off the field.

That commitment continues in 2026 as we prepare for another year of the WPSM Youth Football Camp, a program built around leadership, teamwork, and community connection.

What started as a vision to get kids active, engaged, and connected through sports has continued to grow into something much bigger than football. Our camp is about building confidence, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and creating an environment where young athletes feel supported, motivated, and inspired.

More Than a Camp

The WPSM Youth Football Camp was created to give young people an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect in a positive and encouraging environment.

While football fundamentals are a major part of the experience, the heart of this program has always been about mentorship and personal development. Every drill, every conversation, and every moment on the field is designed to encourage discipline, teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence.

We believe sports can be a powerful tool for bringing communities together and helping young people build life skills that stay with them long after the season ends.

Looking Back at an Incredible 2025 Camp

Last year’s camp brought together youth athletes, coaches, volunteers, families, and community supporters from across Loudoun County and Northern Virginia for an unforgettable experience.

Throughout the day, young athletes participated in:

• football fundamentals and skills training

• agility and conditioning drills

• teamwork and leadership activities

• encouragement focused on confidence, wellness, and personal growth

More importantly, the camp created moments that reminded us why programs like this matter. Seeing young athletes encourage one another, build new friendships, and step outside of their comfort zones made a lasting impact on everyone involved.

The support from families, volunteers, and community partners also showed the strength of what can happen when a community comes together to invest in its youth.

Our Vision for 2026

As we prepare for the 2026 WPSM Youth Football Camp, our goal is simple: continue creating positive opportunities for young people throughout our community.

This year, we hope to expand the experience even further by continuing to focus on:

• youth mentorship

• leadership development

• health and wellness

• teamwork and discipline

• community engagement

• creating safe and encouraging spaces for youth

We also look forward to continuing partnerships with local coaches, volunteers, organizations, and community supporters who believe in the importance of investing in the next generation.
