More Than a Game: Building Champions Through Service at Our 2026 Youth Football Camp!
What began as a vision in 2025 is becoming a tradition.
Following the success of our Youth Football Camp in 2025, Wise Protective Service and More, Inc. (WPSM) returned in 2026 with an even greater commitment to young people through sports, wellness, education, and service.
On July 11, 2026, young athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters gathered at Dulles SportsPlex in Loudoun County for our Second Annual Youth Football Camp.
This year’s camp was centered around a simple but powerful theme: “I AM.” Throughout the day, we wanted every young person to be reminded that the words they use to define themselves matter: I AM confident. I AM strong. I AM a leader. I AM a champion.
Because this was about much more than football.
It was about giving young people a place where they could be challenged, encouraged, supported, and reminded of who they are and what they can become. Most importantly, it demonstrated what can happen when a community comes together with a servant’s heart.
From an Idea to an Annual Investment in Youth
When we hosted our first football camp in July 2025, we saw firsthand the impact one intentional day could have.
We watched young athletes gain confidence, coaches become mentors, and families connect with community organizations and businesses. People from different backgrounds came together around one purpose: investing in our children.
That experience strengthened our commitment to continue.
The 2026 camp represents more than the second year of an event. It represents WPSM's commitment to building programs that create opportunities for young people and their families.
We aren't simply hosting an annual football camp.
We are building a legacy of service.

Football Is the Tool. Empowerment Is the Goal.
Sports have an incredible ability to teach lessons that extend far beyond the field.
Every drill requires discipline. Every play requires communication. Every team requires trust. And every challenge creates an opportunity to develop resilience.
Those lessons align naturally with the pillars that guide our work at WPSM: community, service, and impact.
❤️ Community — We create spaces where young people feel supported, encouraged, and connected. Through coaches, families, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners, youth see firsthand the strength of people coming together around a shared purpose.
❤️ Service — Service is at the heart of WPSM. Our coaches, volunteers, staff, and partners demonstrate that leadership is not only about personal achievement. It is also about using your time, talents, and resources to help someone else.
❤️ Impact — We want every young person to leave with more than memories from a day on the field. Through athletic development, teamwork, and encouragement, we aim to build confidence, strengthen character, and create lessons they can carry into school, relationships, careers, and life.
Building Healthy Bodies, Strong Minds, and Confident Leaders
Youth sports can play an important role in physical wellness, but we believe their impact goes much further.
Through our camp, children experience the joy of movement while learning about teamwork, discipline, perseverance, nutrition, confidence, and leadership.
For some participants, football may become part of their future. For others, it may simply be the place where they discover they are stronger or more capable than they believed.
Both outcomes matter.
Our goal isn't simply to develop better athletes.
Our goal is to help develop stronger young people.

Coaches Who Become Mentors
One of the most impactful parts of our camp continues to be the people who give their time to our youth.
We are grateful to Coach Lemar Marshall, former NFL linebacker and every elite coach and volunteer who stepped onto the field ready to teach and serve.
The football knowledge they shared was valuable, but their presence was even more important.
When accomplished adults take time to encourage a young person, answer a question, celebrate their progress, or simply tell them they believe in them, that interaction can stay with a child long after camp ends.
That is mentorship.
And that is one of the greatest gifts sports can provide.
Thank You to the Community Behind the Mission ❤️
An event like this is never accomplished by one organization or one person.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our 2026 sponsors, community partners, coaches, volunteers, staff, families, and supporters who helped make this year's camp possible.

Because of your generosity, we were able to provide each participant with lunch, a certificate for a free meal, and an “I AM A CHAMPION” bag, while creating an environment centered on encouragement, safety, wellness, learning, and fun.
Every contribution mattered. Every partnership mattered. And every child we served mattered.
The Bigger Vision
The 2026 Youth Football Camp is one piece of a much larger vision.
At WPSM, we believe strong communities are created when people are given opportunities to learn, grow, lead, create, and serve.
We will continue connecting sports, literacy, wellness, leadership, and community service so that the experiences we create today can continue to produce impact.
Our young people aren't simply the leaders of tomorrow.
Their gifts, ideas, voices, and potential deserve investment today.
The Tradition Continues
Year one showed us what was possible.
Year two reminded us why we must keep going.
As we look toward the future, our goal is to reach more children, welcome more families, create more partnerships, and provide even greater opportunities for young people to discover their potential on and off the field.
To everyone who participated in our 2026 Youth Football Camp: thank you for being part of this growing tradition.
And to our young athletes:
Keep learning. Keep working. Keep believing. Keep serving.
The lessons you learn on the field can help prepare you for wherever life takes you next.
Because at WPSM, we're not just helping build athletes.
We are helping build champions for life with a servant's heart. ❤️
